- Another medium to full-bodied, lightly textured, elegant effort is the 2013 Perfectionist. Made from 68% Syrah, 17% Mourvedre and 15% Grenache, it shows plenty of Mourvedre savoriness to go with ample red and black fruits, smoked meats and a touch of olive tapenade. Like all of Matt`s 2013s, it`s seamless and perfectly balanced, with lots to love. Drink it anytime over the coming 8-10 years.
