- A fine effort, the saturated black/purple/blue-colored 1998 Shiraz offers sensational aromas of blueberries, blackberries, and cassis, a huge, super-concentrated palate, fabulous purity, sweet tannin, and well-integrated acidity. It will improve after another 2-3 years of cellaring. It should age well for two decades.
