The NV Brut Nature is always a 100% Meunier from two vintages, in this case 2012 and 2011 (50% each). Disgorged in July 2015, the cuvée offers a pure, ripe, pretty rich and fruity bouquet with lovely herbal and savory flavors. Very elegant, fresh and fruity on the palate, this is a finesse-full, dry and mineral Champagne of great precision. It is provided with a very good and salty finish, and indicates an excellent ageing potential. Of the Christophe Mignon, there are also Brut and Extra Brut versions available, but I did not taste those.
